The Picture above is the basic shapes of a tree houses of the future, which is needed for the newest platform, where all our utilities are all underground including very house hold to store there on water supply under ground which would also replace bedrock to maintain a strong engineering . AUSTRALIA IS IN A UNIQUE SITUATION, where we have the land and space to create new major cities of the future. The way we connect the cities can represent the newest type of transport which would high speed rail. For the cities of tomorrow to exist, we need to support every industry known today, with this type of vision, creates the right platform of the future. Which every industry will be involve, but its about allowing the right entry of services creating the right type of layers, where the outcome is Environmental-Housing- and thirdly Society. Where once new cities are complete, society wins by open yet a tree change, and the infrastructure is designed to support this type of change.
The layers to be considered when redesigning, are:
House and residential living of the future
Vision, governance, purpose, then industries, and, most importantly, (especially in today's environment of global-warming) the theme of holistic- approach: combining everything that makes the Earth healthy.
Infrastructure requires:
- Long-term planning and work that prevents short-term problems. Climate change is at the forefront of our infrastructure and society, which places us third, amongst our native wildlife and plants.
- This model will work with all other industries, as we will need their services to maintain their employment and help evolve their business structure in different directions. If everything goes well it will be consistent with the changing industry. Combined with future weather patterns, we can protect ourselves from the number of different elements society faces today. We know they aren't going to change it overnight, but if anything, we can start to create a formula where at the beginning, it's not only designing for small communities, but also allowing the domination of trees, shrubs and maintaining top soil to provide a natural form of enrichment. This will allow wildlife to grow in abundance. Our task of the future is to maintain, with balance, a successful platform, just like the Barangaroo development along the foreshore of Sydney's Millers Point.
- The template of the future will be like the operations and planning of Barangaroo, which could easily be designed into multiple forms of transport, catering for the ever-growing AUSTRALIAN POPULATION.
- The future will hold the same intensity of the past. Society works hard to control bushfires, costing the taxpayer billions of dollars over the years, with the loss of houses, increase in insurance; these effects on working conditions, emotional impact on parents and their kids (and their schooling). All this can be traumatic and stay with people for their entitle life, which also is a set-back to society. By setting up the right type of platform, where all three kingdoms live in harmony, bushfires can easily be controlled under a good design. (it's not going to be easy – it's hard work), society can overcome problems which should outweigh anything else. If we don't have a plan, it is over!
- We must choose our own faults of the future. Humans throughout history have played a type of game, where society feels like it's left behind. We may go forward with an invention, but our psychology ends up playing catch up meaning for the everyday person, they don't see the full potential in a positive manner until they explore new inventions in a cheap and negative way. Technology is going so fast, we haven't thought of the behavioural change in society. This is mainly because there are different levels of emotional understanding in every situation. Society is made up of stories of great inventions and limitless potential. There are different levels of emotional intelligence because we all have different childhood experiences with our own family dynamics. I'm not saying we should be the same, with the same culture and backgrounds. But we should try to find common values so that our way of life can exist with plant and animal species first.
- Imagine if we could even the playing field! Again, combine Social Infrastructure and Emotional Awareness with environmental training it's not going to be easy and will take hundreds of years to make a good dent in the make-up of society. But why not try? We need to start somewhere.
- What is needed in the future is visual-engineering and better infrastructure.
- With a new order of preferences in terms of natural resources to dominate society surroundings
- By creating first the right order of Infrastructure, ware the layers allow nature and our environment becomes our first concern, closely follow by our Natural resources, follow by us (society) so in the long- term, society wins. Long term vision and planning on our environment. Meaning our housing of the future is off the ground, allow our environment and plants and animals to enjoy their space on the ground while society moves into the new utilization of Air-space.
Replacing the look of housing build side by side and the uses of THE GROUND we can BUILT OFF the ground.
New cities of the future
When we built the major cities of Australia, we really didn't allow for our local nature to dominate. Instead, we, as a society are finding ways only now, as our wildlife reduces in numbers. We are trying to catch up. If you ever want to start again, then there's nothing more exciting than designing the cities of the future, particularly if you align yourself with the potential development of the hype loop train system from Melbourne to Sydney. Now, there's an opportunity like no other to redevelop the cities of the future! By ensuring the right layers are in place, and that each section of life on this planet gets a say and an even representation, this can direct the way these new cities could be built.
